Fraudulent phone calls with an automated telephone voice are being received by members claiming to be from a financial institution. The message states that the individual's bank card has been deactivated and requests the individual to enter their card number to reactivate. If you receive this call, please do not respond. These phone scams are seeking your personal information. If your debit card does not work please contact a CSE Member Service Representative at 337-625-5747 and we will assist you. It is very important to remember that CSE Federal Credit Union never asks for personal information by phone or through email.
