Share CertificateIf you do not need immediate access to your funds, a share certificate can guarantee you a higher rate of interest than the dividend rate paid on share savings accounts.  Historically, CSE has paid higher dividend rates than any other financial instituion in our market place.  Effective January 18, 2007, we've changed our minimum balance required to the following:
