Aflac and CSE have teamed up to offer Aflac products at an association rate to our members. 

What is Aflac?  Aflac is insurance for daily living. It pays cash benefits directly to you, unless otherwise assigned, to help with daily expenses when you're sick or hurt.  Where as major medical pays doctors and hospitals. 

The following policies will be available to CSE members through a checking account bank draft.  Members must have a CSE checking account in order to take advantage of the Aflac products.
