More than a convenience in today's bustling world, it is often essential to have access to your funds as quickly, easily, and safely as possible. Your CSE ATM cash card program allows you to access your Share Savings account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If approved, you may use your ATM Card and PIN (Personal Identification Number) in ATMs (Automated Teller Machines) which are members of the PULSE Regional, PLUS National, DISCOVER, and Allpoint networks*.
Who is eligible for an ATM Card?
All members, 16 years of age or older, whose account is in good standing, may apply for an ATM card.
How can I obtain an ATM Card?
An application may be obtained from a Member Service Representative at CSE FCU. Or you may have a application mailed to you.
When will I receive my ATM Card?
Once your completed application is received, allow approximately two weeks for your ATM Card and your personal identification number (PIN) to be mailed to you.
How do I use my ATM Card?
Your CSE ATM card may be used at any ATM displaying the PULSE, PLUS, DISCOVER, or ALLPOINT* network logos. CSE has placed a maximum withdrawal amount of $400 within a 24-hour period (midnight to midnight). However, the host or owner of a particular ATM may have a different limit based on volume, machine capacity, etc. *surcharge-free networks
What does my ATM card cost, and what fees will I be expected to pay?
$5.00 to replace lost, stolen, mutilated, or captured cards.
$20.00 per overdraft of account.

Dial CaSEy direct (337)625-4245, and select option 5 or contact a CSE Member Service Representative during normal business hours at (337)625-5747, to report your ATM card lost or stolen.
