Maintaining Your Account
Here are some things you can do while in the “Self Service” section of CSE Online:
- Change your Security Code. It must include at least 2 letters AND 2 numbers and be between 8 and 16 characters in length.
- Sign up for and view electronic documents. Your eStatements and eNotices are available in one secure, convenient place.
- Change your security questions.
- Send yourself alerts. Daily balance alerts along with balance threshold notifications can be set. Alerts can deliver to more than one email address and/or mobile number.
- Change your personal information such as address, email address, and phone number.
- Request check withdrawals.
- Request check Stop Payments.
- Set up Reminders.
Move Your Money Around
CSE Online lets you transfer funds between primary and joint CSE accounts and accounts you own at other financial institutions.
Transfer funds between your accounts to make payments or to save for a rainy day.
Transfer To/From Another Financial Institution
CSE allows members to transfer funds from a CSE account to another financial institution or from another financial institution to a CSE account, with just the click of a mouse. You will need to know your account number and routing number of that financial institution to set-up and confirm this account.
