On Monday, June 15, 2020CSE branch lobbies will resume regular business hours. Based on the official order for Phase 2 of a Resilient Louisiana, signed by Gov. Edwards on June 4th, capacity will remain limited in all lobbies until further notice. We ask that you continue to use our drive-thrus and online/mobile banking options when conducting most normal transactions.

For security purposes, if you do wear a mask into one of our branches, you will be asked to remove it from your face momentarily for identification before any transaction can be completed. Do not enter the lobby if you are sick, or have been in the last 24 hours.

On Wednesday, May 20, 2020, CSE will begin opening all branch lobbies to the public with limited hours and limited entry until further notice, based on the guidelines released by Governor John Bel Edwards. We ask that you continue to use our drive-thrus and online/mobile banking options when conducting most normal transactions. These have proven to be safe and convenient methods for our Members to conduct most routine financial transactions.

For security purposes, if you do wear a mask into one of our branches, you will be asked to remove it from your face momentarily for identification before any transaction can be completed. Do not enter the lobby if you are sick, or have been in the last 24 hours.

The following adjustment will begin on Monday, April 20, 2020:

Jennings Branch will re-open for drive-thru service only.

The following modifications remain in place:

-All branch drive-thru hours will remain open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Wednesday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

All lobbies closed to the public.

The following modifications to our operations have been made as of Tuesday, March 31st.

Jennings Branch will be closing temporarily as of April 1, 2020, until further notice.

Lake Charles, Sulphur and Moss Bluff branches will remain open with financial services currently limited to drive-thru only; Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Wednesday 9 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

-We’ve prepared our employees and re-emphasized existing sanitation and illness policies, including frequent and proper handwashing.

– We’ve emphasized what employees can do to keep themselves and others safe, including not touching one’s face, and staying home if sick.

-We encourage and remind you to utilize the digital resources available to you through CSE Online and the CSE Mobile App, available 24/7 to Members.

At CSE, the health and wellness of our members and employees remains at the top of our priorities. With this in mind, we have been closely monitoring the rapidly-changing situation around COVID-19 (coronavirus), responding to new information as it arises and preparing for all possible scenarios, with the goal of continuing to safely serve our Members.

Out of an abundance of caution, we have taken the following steps based on the guidelines issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for “community mitigation strategies” to limit the spread of COVID-19:

-We have modified operations to be able to continue to serve Members. As of Wednesday, March 18, 2020 we are limiting our financial services to drive-thrus only at all of our branch locations. All CSE lobbies will be closed until further notice.
