On Monday, June 15, 2020CSE branch lobbies will resume regular business hours. Based on the official order for Phase 2 of a Resilient Louisiana, signed by Gov. Edwards on June 4th, capacity will remain limited in all lobbies until further notice. We ask that you continue to use our drive-thrus and online/mobile banking options when conducting most normal transactions.

For security purposes, if you do wear a mask into one of our branches, you will be asked to remove it from your face momentarily for identification before any transaction can be completed. Do not enter the lobby if you are sick, or have been in the last 24 hours.

On Wednesday, May 20, 2020, CSE will begin opening all branch lobbies to the public with limited hours and limited entry until further notice, based on the guidelines released by Governor John Bel Edwards. We ask that you continue to use our drive-thrus and online/mobile banking options when conducting most normal transactions. These have proven to be safe and convenient methods for our Members to conduct most routine financial transactions.

For security purposes, if you do wear a mask into one of our branches, you will be asked to remove it from your face momentarily for identification before any transaction can be completed. Do not enter the lobby if you are sick, or have been in the last 24 hours.

-All branch drive-thru hours will remain open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Wednesday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

All lobbies closed to the public.

The following modifications to our operations have been made as of Tuesday, March 31st.

Jennings Branch will be closing temporarily as of April 1, 2020, until further notice.

Lake Charles, Sulphur and Moss Bluff branches will remain open with financial services currently limited to drive-thru only; Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Wednesday 9 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

-We encourage and remind you to utilize the digital resources available to you through CSE Online and the CSE Mobile App, available 24/7 to Members.

National Credit Union Youth Month

This April, CSE Federal Credit Union is celebrating Youth Month, a program that helps teach and encourage kids to develop good financial habits. Every member under the age of 18 who makes a deposit during the month of April will be entered to win a Polaroid Snap Camera! The drawing will take place on Friday, May 3, 2019.

The theme for this year’s Youth Month is “The future is yours… Picture it! Save for it! Share it!” Together, we’re encouraging youngsters to express themselves through photography, sharing their visions for their own financial futures so we can help them get there.
