Consumer Lending Loan Service Representative (Full-Time) - Lake Charles Branch
Position Summary:
We are currently looking for someone that can provide exceptional service by welcoming Members to the loan department, coordinating Member flow, escorting Members to available loan officers, and completing the closing process for all consumer loans (excluding real estate loans). Candidates must be able to ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive Member experience from arrival through loan closing.
Qualifications:
To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required.
Combinations of education, training, and relevant experience will be considered.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to providing exceptional member service.
Proficient in using computer systems and standard office software.
Demonstrated attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive member information.
Security Officer (Full-Time) - Lake Charles Branch
Position Summary:
We are currently looking for someone to Implement and maintain a comprehensive security program designed to identify and respond to risks in order to protect credit union employees, Members, assets and information.
Qualifications (Experience needed/Education preferred or required):
Completion of a four-year degree program from an accredited college or university.
Minimum of five years of similar or related experience preferred.
Completion of a Security Officer certification program or agreement to attain such certification.
Comprehensive knowledge of state and federal laws applicable to financial institution security as well as the regulations of the NCUA.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required where discretion, accuracy and clarity are essential.
Ability to research and analyze applicable laws and regulations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
Internet and general computer skills.
Member Services Representative (Full-Time) - Lake Charles Branch
Position Summary:
We are currently looking for a friendly, dependable, and service oriented Member Service Representative to join our team. Teller experience is required, and candidates should have a passion for providing exceptional member service while accurately handling financial transactions. Candidates applying for this position must be adaptable, work well in a team environment, and are committed to building positive relationships with members. Flexibility is necessary, as travel to support other branch locations may be required at times.
Qualifications (Experience needed/Education preferred or required):
Teller experience required
General understanding of processing cash items and negotiable instruments
Good people skills and work ethic
Basic computer skills
Willingness to travel to other branches if needed
