Automatic Transfers

Internal Transfers

Transfer funds between your accounts to make payments or to save for a rainy day

External Transfers

Transfer funds from a CSE account to another financial institution or from another financial institution to a CSE account
You must know your account number and routing number of the external financial institution to set up and confirm this account

Wire Transfers

Electronic wire transfers are an easy and inexpensive way to send or receive funds. They may be sent to domestic (United States) financial institutions at fees* much lower than most financial institutions charge.

To have money wired from CSE to another institution, we will need the following information:

Receiving financial institution name and location
ABA Routing #
Account name and physical address
Account number to be credited

How to interpret my account numbers?

Do you need to provide your account number to a Merchant or to your Tax Advisor for a direct deposit or for a purchase?

To avoid your transaction being rejected or delayed, the following format should be used for your account(s);

Your Share Savings Account number may have as little as 3 digits but no more than 6
Your Checking Account number is the MICR number as shown on your checks (ex: 123456714)
Your Money Market Account is the MICR number as shown on your checks and must be coded as a Checking Account
If a form requires a specific number of digits, you can simply put zeros BEFORE the account number. (ex: 00123456 for savings and 00123456714 for checking)
