How to Freeze Your Card

Misplaced or believe your card was stolen? Freeze it ASAP! Even if you think you might know where it is, it’s always best to freeze it to make sure no unauthorized users use it. Freezing and unfreezing your card is simple. Here’s how:

1. Download the CSE MOBiLE app and login.

  • Our app allows you to do much more than just freeze your card. You can access your account, make transfers, see your credit score, and more!

2. Tap on “Cards”

3. Turn your card off using the this switch:

Now, your card is frozen until you turn it back on or you request a new card.

To unfreeze your card, simply navigate back to the cards menu and flip the switch to turn your card back on. If you are certain your card has been stolen, click one of the links below:

    • Then, for CSE ATM and debit card assistance, press 1

Activate a New Card

  • For CSE ATM, credit and debit cards, press 1

    • Then, to activate your credit card and to set or change your credit card PIN, press 4

    • Or, to set or change your debit card PIN, press 5
