Official Rules

1. Prize: 5 $25 Visa Gift Cards, 1 $100 Visa Gift Card. (One $25 gift card will be given out for each day of the week between October 20th-24th, 2025. 1 $100 gift card will be given out as the grand prize at the end of the week.)

2. Eligibility: All legal residents of the United States are eligible for the drawing. Employees and Board Members of CSE FCU are eligible. If the name of an ineligible person is drawn, they will be disqualified, and another name will be drawn. This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. No purchase is necessary: Void where prohibited. CSE Federal Credit Union reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this promotion and contest at any time. Any and all applicable taxes on each prize won are the responsibility of the winning person.

4. How to enter: Eligible persons can enter by locating the piggy bank icon on our website, using the riddles and hints on the accompanying Facebook post to find it. Once the piggy bank is found, the user can click it to be taken to a web form which, once filled out, will act as their entry to the giveaway. The piggy bank icon will move each day for 5 days between October 20th and 24th. All eligible entries received by CSE Federal Credit Union by 5:00 p.m. central standard time at the end of a given day, will qualify for all the drawings. All entries become the property of CSE and will not be returned. No mechanically reproduced or facsimile entries are allowed. Each person is limited to one (1) entry per day.

Previous winners of the daily $25 gift card giveaway will not be eligible to win again, however, additional entries may be entered for the $100 grand prize. Each person is allowed up to 5 entries for the grand prize, 1 for each day of the giveaway. By participating in the sweepstakes, you agree to the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, the eligibility requirements, and the acceptance of the judges’ decision as final in all matters relating to the sweepstakes.

5. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible entries received. One (1) entry per person per day. Up to 5 entries per person for the grand prize.

6. Selection and Notification of Winner: Five winners, one for each day of the work week, will be selected by a random drawing of all eligible entries. Persons need not be present to win. Winners will be notified by Facebook comment/message, email or phone.

7. Prize Awarding: Drawings will be held the morning of the following business day for each day of the giveaway (e.g. The winner from Monday will be chosen on Tuesday morning, the winner from Friday will be chosen the following Monday, etc.) The grand prize winner will be chosen and notified on Monday, October 27th. Prize will be awarded only upon winner validation and verification by CSE Federal Credit Union. If winner is a minor, parent or guardian must sign a consent form. Prize must be picked up at a CSE location. No substitution, transfer, or assignment of prize permitted, except that CSE Federal Credit Union reserves the right to substitute prize with a prize of equal or greater value. By accepting the prize, winner agrees that sponsor, CSE Federal Credit Union, their subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, are not responsible for and will be held harmless by winner for any liability, loss, injury, or damage to person, including death, or property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly to possession, acceptance, use or misuse of any prize, or participation in this promotion.

8. Limitation of Liability: CSE Federal Credit Union assumes no responsibility for; stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, incomplete, or postage due mail, incorrect or human error. Other restrictions may apply. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and the decisions of CSE Federal Credit Union, which are final. CSE Federal Credit Union reserves the right to cancel or modify drawing if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of drawing as determined by CSE Federal Credit Union’s sole discretion. Neither CSE Federal Credit Union nor its officers, directors, employees, or agents, are responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information relating to the promotion or any of the prizes. Except as otherwise required by applicable statute or regulation, as a condition of participating in this promotion and contest, participants agree that all issues and questions regarding the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforcement of these Official Rules, and the rights and obligations of participants and CSE Federal Credit Union in connection with the promotion and contest, shall be determined by the Board of Directors of CSE Federal Credit Union, and such determination shall be final and binding.

9. List of winners: Send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to CSE Federal Credit Union, Contest Winners, 4321 Nelson Road, Lake Charles, LA 70605. Winners names will be available at the Credit Union after October 27th, 2025.
